About Braydon

Braydon Massoud is an associate in the Nanaimo office with a general solicitor's practice. In business law he draws on a background in business and accounting to advise on incorporations, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, business transactions, financing, and contracts. In real estate and estate law he assists with property transactions, co-ownership arrangements, easements, wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration. Born and raised in the Ottawa Valley, he completed his undergraduate studies in Montreal and a semester on exchange at the University of Edinburgh. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2025.
