Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionChelsea Wilson practises in estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation, and civil litigation, with experience in will variation, will and trust validity and rectification, trust claims, removal of executors and trustees, undue influence, committeeships, and contested probate and estate administration. Her estate planning work includes preparing wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, and trusts, and she has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia and at the Supreme Court of Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws (Distinction) from the University of British Columbia, and completed a judicial clerkship with the BC Court of Appeal after law school. She began her career in litigation at a large Vancouver firm before moving to a boutique firm focused on estates, wills, trusts, and tax, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2005. She is a past Bencher of the Law Society of British Columbia and a past President of the Nanaimo County Bar Association.
