About Bradley
Brad Durvin runs a broad general solicitor's practice, including probate and estate administration, wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements and trusts, commercial and residential real estate, commercial leasing, commercial lending, business purchase and sale, incorporation, corporate records management, land development, and foreclosures. He also maintains a boutique litigation practice covering wills variation claims, estate and probate litigation, commercial disputes, collections, personal injury, and property law claims, appearing before the BC Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, and Provincial Court. Brad was born and raised in Nanaimo, attended Vancouver Island University for a Fisheries and Aquaculture Technology Diploma in 2008 and a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in 2010, then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2014. He articled with Fabris McIver & Durvin and was called to the bar in May 2015, and has since been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
