About Dominique

Dominique Michaud is a partner in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, with a business law litigation practice focused on commercial disputes, including bankruptcy and insolvency, receiverships, and the enforcement of creditors' rights and remedies. He has represented clients before administrative tribunals, in mediations, and at every level of court in Ontario, including the Commercial List and the Court of Appeal. Clients value his practical, results-oriented advice and his ability to keep them informed so they can make strategic decisions. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2009 and holds an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick and a B.A. from McGill University. Outside of work, he plays squash and enjoys skiing, golf, and hockey.
