About Tony

Tony Wong is the founder of HTW Law and practises exclusively in employment law, advising and representing both employees and employers in workplace matters including terminations, wrongful and constructive dismissal, workplace harassment, and employment contracts, as well as federally regulated employment issues. He also advises on human rights violations, defamation, class actions, civil litigation, and personal injury matters connected to the workplace, and appears before Ontario courts and tribunals including the Superior Court, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, and the WSIB.
