About Amanda

Amanda Laren Feigen is a partner whose practice covers tax dispute resolution, registered charities and not-for-profit matters, cross-border transactions, post-mortem reorganizations, business and estate succession planning, and corporate reorganizations. She has extensive experience helping family-owned and other closely held businesses with their corporate, tax, and succession planning needs. Amanda joined Robins Appleby in 2018 after practising tax law at a large national law firm, where she worked on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, capital markets transactions, and executive compensation matters. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2014 and completed the three-year CPA In-Depth Tax Course, and has served as an editor for a Canadian Tax Foundation publication and as a guest lecturer at the Schulich School of Business at York University. She was named a Best Lawyers 'Ones to Watch' honouree in 2022 and 2024.
