About Bradley

Bradley Gould is an associate called to the Ontario bar in 2022 whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and secured lending, with additional expertise in shareholder, partnership, joint venture and general business agreements. He works across sectors from manufacturing and tech to professional services, advising owner-operators of mid-to-large businesses as well as the lending institutions on the other side of a financing. His approach centres on helping clients see the risks in a deal clearly, laying out the worst case plainly so they can decide with full information before he shapes an agreement that works for them. Bradley earned his J.D. from Queen's University in 2021 and his B.A. from the University of Toronto in 2018, and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
