About Barbara
Barbara Green is a partner in the commercial litigation group at Robins Appleby, and her practice splits three ways between employment law, estates litigation, and commercial litigation, including debtor-creditor and real estate disputes. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2001. Her clients range from employers and employees to owners of small and privately held businesses, land developers, insurance companies, and large financial institutions. On the employment side, she handles termination packages, wrongful dismissals, employment contracts, workplace policies, and human rights and Ontario Labour Relations Board matters, and has been featured discussing these issues on CBC. Her estates litigation work covers will challenges, allegations of power of attorney abuse or elder abuse, dependant support claims, guardianship applications, and passing of accounts, and she has served as an Estate Trustee During Litigation.
