About Diane
Diane Laranja is a partner at the firm who practices in all areas of employment and labour law on behalf of employers, with a particular focus on labour, construction labour and workplace human rights. She advises clients on labour relations, human rights accommodation, and health and safety, and represents them before arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and various courts and tribunals. Diane is a former Vice President and Board Member of the Canadian Association of Women in Construction and previously served on the board of the Ontario Electrical League. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University and a law degree from the University of Ottawa, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2013.
