About Dextin
Dextin Zucchi has a general civil litigation practice with an emphasis on corporate commercial and energy disputes. He completed his articles of clerkship with the Court of King's Bench in Calgary, working on a wide range of civil disputes at all stages of proceedings, and later practiced as a litigation associate at a national law firm on complex commercial matters before joining Code Hunter. His experience includes joint venture accounting, operatorship and ownership disputes in the oil and gas sector, offset well litigation, real estate disputes, de facto expropriation, construction litigation, corporate defamation and restrictive covenants. He received his J.D. from the University of Calgary in 2015, where he was on the Dean's List and received several academic and mooting awards, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2016.
