About Jason

Jason Lee is a barrister with more than 25 years of experience resolving disputes through litigation, mediation, and arbitration, representing clients ranging from individuals in contract disputes to multinational corporations in complex cross-border matters. He has also advised major corporations across different industries on litigation risk in strategic decision-making and now works with financial institutions, including family offices and exempt market dealers, on dispute resolution. He has a growing interest in regulatory proceedings involving professionals such as lawyers, doctors, and financial advisors. Jason trained in Liverpool, England, earning an LLB (Hons.) and completing the legal practice course before being admitted as a solicitor in the UK in 1998. After moving to Canada, he completed the National Committee on Accreditation process and was called to the Ontario bar.
