About Luke

Luke Saites joined McCague Borlack as a partner after building a career of more than 35 years centred on insurance defence and personal injury litigation. His work spans occupier's liability, social host liability, commercial and municipal liability, product liability, insurance coverage and human rights claims. He has appeared for clients at every level of court in Ontario as well as before various tribunals, and is frequently brought in on complicated files involving several parties. He studied at York University before attending Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the bar in 1987.
