About Olivier
Olivier Dufrasne Desbiens is an associate in Osler's Montreal office, part of the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group. His corporate practice covers corporate finance, particularly venture and growth capital, as well as M&A and general corporate and commercial matters. He completed his law studies at the Université de Montréal, where he co-organized a project profiling the varied backgrounds of students within the Faculty of Law. During his final year, he clerked for two judges of the Superior Court of Québec.
