About John

John L. Randall founded the firm and has practiced family law for more than 35 years. Born and raised in Vancouver, he set up his law practice in Surrey and later in Langley, focusing on family law, committeeship, and foreclosure. He prefers to resolve client matters through out-of-court settlement to save clients the expense of litigation, but will fight for a client in court when needed. He has represented financial institutions and private lenders in enforcing lenders' rights in mortgage default situations.
