About Stephanie
Stephanie L. Fabbro practises exclusively in family law and works as a family law mediator, parenting coordinator, arbitrator, and collaborative lawyer, with a child-centered approach to helping clients navigate divorce. She has extensive experience with complex property issues, spousal and child support matters, and drafting marriage and cohabitation agreements, and co-chaired the committee that developed the standardized Collaborative Parenting Plan available through the BC Collaborative Roster Society. Originally from Trail, BC, she graduated from Simon Fraser University and received her LL.B. from Dalhousie Law School, and was called to the bar in both British Columbia and Nova Scotia in 1999. In December 2008 she co-founded Hamilton Fabbro. Stephanie has been repeatedly ranked in the Canadian Lexpert Directory and selected for the Best Lawyers in Canada list for family law and mediation since 2020, was appointed to the Sports Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada's tribunal in 2025, and was appointed King's Counsel in May 2025.
