About Michaela
Michaela practices corporate and commercial law in MT+Co.'s Business Law Group, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, leading due diligence, contract negotiation, and closings. Having grown up working in her family's small business in Victoria, she focuses particularly on sell-side transactions, helping founders navigate the sale of their businesses. She was called to the BC bar in 2024 and holds a JD from the Peter A. Allard School of Law.
