Darcy Ammerman is a partner in McMillan's Banking & Finance and Insurance groups, based in Ottawa, and is ranked by Chambers and Lexpert for her financial services work. Her practice covers secured lending transactions, the regulation of financial institutions, and rules governing service contracts and warranties, along with a broad range of insurance matters. She regularly advises on syndicated lending, asset-based lending, aircraft financing, debtor-in-possession financing, and mezzanine financing.
