An associate in the firm's Corporate Commercial, Funds and Private M&A Practice Group, Lidia Imbrogno focuses her practice on Canadian mid-market mergers and acquisitions, including private equity-backed acquisitions and cross-border transactions, as well as corporate governance and shareholder arrangements.
