About Spencer

Spencer Atin is building a financial services practice centered on restructuring and insolvency. His work includes drafting facta and motion records for insolvency proceedings, supporting transactions under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and assisting with lending, securitization, and securities matters through due diligence and document preparation. During law school he served as a Dean's Fellow for the first-year Contracts course, worked as a caseworker for the Community Legal Aid Services Program, and was treasurer of the Jewish Law Students Association. Spencer earned his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2024 and a BA in political science from Western University in 2021, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.
