About Dale

Dale Schlosser is an IP lawyer and registered patent and trademark agent whose work includes first-chair litigation, licensing, and advocacy before the Trademarks Opposition Board. He is a certified specialist in Intellectual Property Law, covering patents, trademarks, and copyright, through the Law Society of Ontario, and he also handles disputes with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. He has appeared as counsel before Ontario's Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Trademarks Opposition Board. Dale completed his law degree at York University's Osgoode Hall Law School in 1990 and was called to the bar in 1992, after earning a B.Sc. in Chemistry with First Class Honours from the University of New Brunswick. Before joining his current firm, Dale chaired the intellectual property group at a national law firm and worked as counsel at a Toronto IP litigation boutique.
