About Noah

Noah Leszcz is a partner in the Franchise Law Group focusing on franchising, licensing, distribution, emerging companies, and intellectual property matters. He works with franchise and distribution companies on legal and regulatory issues, contractual drafting, and compliance with Canadian franchise disclosure legislation. He has also represented clients in the cannabis industry and holds an Osgoode Certificate in Cannabis Law and Regulation. He received his J.D. from Queen's University (2015) and a B.A. from McGill University (2011).
