About Julianna

Julianna Felendzer is an IP lawyer whose practice covers trademark prosecution, including filing and drafting applications, as well as trademark litigation. She completed the joint Juris Doctor and Master of Environmental Studies program at Osgoode Hall Law School and York University, writing her major research paper on the Sidewalk Toronto development from an intellectual property perspective. In law school she served as a student editor for the Intellectual Property Law Journal, completed Osgoode's Intellectual Property Law & Technology Intensive Program, and was on the finalist team for the 2020 Oxford Intellectual Property Law Moot. She articled in the legal department of a multinational company and was called to the Ontario bar in 2022. Julianna is active in the Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law and the Entertainment, Media, and Communications Law sections of the Ontario Bar Association, and belongs to the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
