A partner in the Toronto office, Gill is known for IP litigation practice in trademarks and unfair competition. He is the author of Fox on Canadian Law of Trademarks and Unfair Competition, a trademark law text. He served as counsel on Masterpiece Inc. v. Alavida Lifestyles Inc. and CCH Canadian Ltd. v.
