About Adam

Adam is a lawyer and patent agent in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation and Life Sciences groups. He primarily practices in the area of patents, trademarks and copyright with particular focus on patent litigation, and has appeared in the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal on behalf of innovative pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to enforce and defend their intellectual property rights. Adam also regularly advises pharmaceutical clients on regulatory matters relating to the Food and Drugs Regulations, patent listing, data protection and certificates of supplementary protection. He was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for work in Intellectual Property Law in 2021 and 2022.
