About Colin
Colin Wrynn is a partner on LaBarge Weinstein's Corporate and Financing team with over 20 years of experience advising companies at every stage of growth. His practice centres on mergers and acquisitions and financing, including debt, equity, venture capital, private placements and bridge loans, largely for technology companies and investors. Over the past five years, he has advised on more than 100 venture capital and M&A transactions totalling over $1 billion. Colin was called to the Ontario bar in 2005 and the New Brunswick bar in 2012, and holds an LLB, MBA and BBA from the University of New Brunswick.
