About Ali

Ali Naushahi practises corporate and securities law at Bennett Jones LLP, with a focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and mining. He acts for clients on public equity and debt offerings, private placements, reverse takeover transactions, and stock exchange listings. Much of his work involves the mining sector, where he has helped mining and royalty and streaming companies with acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and offtake agreements. He also advises companies on corporate governance and continuous disclosure obligations. Ali has worked on transactions involving gold, copper, and silver producers and explorers in Canada and abroad.
