About Moira

Moira Kennedy is an associate at MLT Aikins LLP in Winnipeg, practising corporate and commercial law with a focus on commercial real estate, construction, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial financing. She drafts and negotiates purchase and lease agreements and advises clients across industries on commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. Kennedy completed her articles with MLT Aikins after earning her J.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2025. She has chaired the board of directors of the North Point Douglas Women's Centre since 2022.
