About Declan
Declan came on board with LaBarge Weinstein's Technology and Intellectual Property group in 2016, helping clients with intellectual property, licensing, and technology law issues. He previously practised at Leman Solicitors in Dublin, Ireland, where he built up experience in information technology, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Declan holds a degree in Commerce, focused on Management Information Systems, from University College Dublin, along with a Master's in Management Science from the same school. He was first called to the bar in Ireland in 2007 and was later called in British Columbia and Ontario in 2016. He's a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Law Society of BC.
