About Ashley
Ashley Beaulieu practises corporate and commercial law with focus on banking and corporate finance. She acts for commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions and corporate borrowers in senior and subordinated debt, asset-based facilities, syndicated financings and securitizations. She completed an articling secondment at the Royal Bank of Canada.
