About Peter

Peter Sypnowich is an associate in the Business Law Group in Toronto, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, including financings, public offerings, reverse takeovers and private placements of securities. He also advises on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including stock exchange compliance and continuous disclosure obligations for public issuers. Prior to law school, he worked for a global investment management firm and a trust corporation. He joined the firm as a summer student in 2023 and completed his articles in 2024-2025.
