About Christopher

Christopher Kim is a partner at Unified LLP, practicing employment law and disability insurance law. He handles short and long-term disability benefit denials and terminations, wrongful dismissals, restrictive covenants, workplace harassment and discrimination, and disputes over unpaid wages, commissions and incentive compensation such as stock options and restricted stock units. Chris takes a goal-oriented approach, working with clients to maximize their claims while considering every available option. He regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and administrative tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ministry of Labour, and the Canadian Industrial Relations Board. He earned a BA in psychology from York University and his JD from the University of Calgary's Faculty of Law. Christopher belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, and speaks English and Korean.
