About Boris

Boris Alexander is a senior lawyer at Unified LLP who focuses on employment law and represents both employees and employers. His work spans wrongful dismissals, human rights complaints, misclassification disputes, workplace harassment, and workplace investigations, along with unpaid wage claims, contract drafting, and general employment consulting. Before joining Unified LLP, he worked at national labour and employment firms and articled at a leading tax litigation firm. Between 2022 and 2024, he served as lead author of a LexisNexis publication on employment law precedents and has also worked as a guest lecturer at universities and conferences. Boris has appeared before the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Canadian Industrial Relations Board. He speaks English and Russian.
