Employment & Labour LawRochelle's practice covers a broad range of labour and employment matters for employer clients, including employment standards, labour relations, wrongful dismissals, contract drafting, occupational health and safety, and human rights. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she worked as a research assistant helping build an Indigenous Experiential Legal Clinic and served as a student caseworker at a community legal clinic. She was also active in equity and inclusion work at Osgoode, co-chairing the Equity Roundtable and serving as an executive member of the Black Law Students' Association chapter. Before law school she earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McMaster University in 2018, and she was called to the Ontario bar in 2024 after articling at a national firm.
