About Gail

Gail Sax concentrates her practice on wills and estates law. Her career has spanned both public and private practice, beginning as a Workers' Rights Staff Lawyer at Parkdale Community Legal Services, where she represented vulnerable workers and mentored law students. She later served as in-house counsel for a union in the provincial health care sector, handling rights and interest grievances. Before founding her own practice, she was a solicitor at Sax Lawyers. She holds an advanced mediation certificate and has long been involved with boards in the education and cultural sectors. As counsel to Unified LLP, she continues to guide and share her experience with the firm's lawyers and staff. She earned her LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School.
