About Christine
Christine Muckle practises in estate planning, trust administration, estate administration and related tax matters, with a focus on cross-border U.S.-Canada transactions, including estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues, and advises U.S. citizens and green card holders on expatriation tax rules. Before joining Legacy, she practised as an associate in the Chicago office of an international law firm's Private Clients, Trusts & Estate group and articled in the Vancouver office of an international firm's Trusts, Wills, Estates and Charities group. She is currently a Principal with Legacy. She received her juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2006, and has been a member of the British Columbia Bar since 2011 and the Illinois State Bar since 2006.
