About D.
D. Jeff Larkins is the founder and principal of Endeavor Law Corporation, where he practises business, corporate finance, and securities law for British Columbia companies, partnerships, trusts, entrepreneurs, and investors. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1994, after earning a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 1990 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria in 1993. He began his career at one of Canada's largest national law firms before joining the partnership of a Vancouver corporate finance boutique, and later founded Endeavor Law. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association's BC Branch Business Law Subsection, and has spoken on venture finance panels and lectured to investment industry groups. Outside the firm, he sits on the boards of several not-for-profit and charitable organizations and volunteers as a youth and men's league soccer coach.
