About Alistair

Alistair Campbell practises exclusively in tax litigation and tax dispute resolution, representing corporations, individuals and other entities in CRA audits and enforcement actions, including offshore compliance and business audits. He conducts litigation in income tax, GST and related disputes in the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, and in appeals to the superior and appellate courts of Alberta and BC. He articled at the Tax Court of Canada and practised in Calgary before moving to Vancouver. He was admitted to the Ontario and Alberta Bars in 1998 and the British Columbia Bar in 2002, and holds an LL.B. from UBC (1996) and a BA from the University of Toronto (1993).
