About Tanvir

Tanvir Sanghera is an Associate at Inlet Employment Law who joined the firm in 2021 after practising general civil litigation, including insurance defence, commercial collections, and contract, shareholder and real estate disputes. She now focuses on employment and human rights litigation, has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, and was lead counsel in the BC Court of Appeal case E.N. v. William L. Rutherford (B.C.) Limited. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia and obtained her LLB at law school in the United Kingdom, is fluent in Punjabi, and is currently on maternity leave.
