About Allison
Allison Sharkey practises in trust and estate planning and administration, assisting clients with preparing wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements and trusts, obtaining grants of probate and administration, and advising on the ongoing administration of trusts and estates. She obtained a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies (Sociology and Anthropology) from UBC in 2016, prior to receiving her JD from the Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2019. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2020, and before joining Legacy practised in trusts and estates at a large regional Vancouver firm.
