About Dwight

Dwight Rudderham leads the Sydney office for McInnes Cooper, focusing his practice on corporate commercial and real estate law. His advisory work covers business structure, corporate reorganizations, purchase and sale transactions, income tax, corporate governance and other general commercial matters for entrepreneurs, business owners, private corporations and other entities. Dwight belongs to the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, vice-chairs the Law Foundation of Nova Scotia board, and serves on the boards of the Cancer Care Here at Home campaign for the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation and the Cape Breton Eagles junior hockey club. He holds an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick and a B.A. in Political Science from Cape Breton University, and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 1993.
