About Amy
Amy Lok practises real estate and corporate law at Harris + Harris LLP. Her real estate work centres on the acquisition and disposition of commercial, industrial, vacant land, and multi-residential properties, along with commercial lending and financing transactions for both lenders and borrowers involving mezzanine, construction, and permanent mortgage loans, as well as mortgage enforcement. She also handles commercial leasing for landlords and tenants, and takes on residential transactions. Amy completed an Honours BA in Political Science and Urban, Economic and Social Geography at the University of Toronto's Trinity College, then earned her Juris Doctor from Bond University in Queensland, Australia in 2007, where she served as an editor of the Bond University Student Law Review. She belongs to the Ontario Bar Association and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers.
