Agatha Chiu practises at Beard Winter in Toronto, handling corporate and commercial matters, franchising, trademarks, residential and commercial real estate, and wills and estates work. She previously practised at a boutique corporate and commercial firm in Toronto and, before that, spent more than ten years as a legal and compliance manager at a major Hong Kong bank. Chiu holds two LL.M. degrees from the University of Toronto -- one in Business Law (2021) and one in Canadian Law (2020) -- along with an LL.B. from the University of London (2013) and a BBA from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology (2003). She was called to the Ontario bar in 2022, belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, and works in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
