About Chanpreet

Chanpreet Shokar is an associate at McCague Borlack whose litigation practice spans civil and commercial disputes, construction law, subrogation, insurance defence, and real estate litigation. He has represented clients before every level of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal. Chanpreet summered and articled at the firm before returning as an associate after his call to the bar in 2024. He earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science, appearing on the Dean's Honours List.
