Class ActionsNicole Kelly is developing a broad civil litigation practice, focused on precise solutions to complex legal issues. Earlier in her career, she articled and worked at a well-regarded litigation boutique known for plaintiff-side class action and complex commercial disputes work, and has appeared before all levels of the Ontario courts and the Federal Court. Nicole earned her law degree from Dalhousie University, receiving the Judge Fran Potts Award, the George Isaac Smith Award, and the John L. Harris, QC Scholarship. Throughout her degree, she stayed active in student life, taking on an executive role with the Law Students' Society. She competed actively in oral advocacy events and took top honours at the Smith Shield Moot during her final year. Nicole was called to the Ontario bar in 2022 and holds an M.Sc. in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a B.Sc. (Honours) in Molecular Biology and Genetics, both from the University of Guelph.
