David Young, KC, is a litigator whose civil litigation practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, personal injury, class actions, construction deficiencies, and medical malpractice. He successfully argued the Supreme Court case Rankin's Garage & Sales v. JJ and previously served as Ontario's Attorney General. He received the King's Counsel designation in 2023.
