Catherine A. Korte
Catherine has practised insurance defence litigation since 1995, focusing on statutory accident benefits, loss transfer and priority disputes, and tort claims, with a further focus on privacy law and cyber security breaches. She chairs the firm's Automobile Fraud Practice Group and has made legislative submissions on behalf of the Ontario Bar Association. She's appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
