Robert Smith
Robert has practised insurance defence exclusively since his call to the bar in 2010. His practice focuses on liquor liability, occupiers' liability, insurance coverage, and complex bodily injury, and he previously defended motor vehicle and occupiers' liability claims at a Toronto litigation boutique.
