About Daniel

Daniel J. Holland is a personal injury lawyer who earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 1987. He practised with Fellowes, McNeil in Toronto from 1987 through 2000 before joining his current firm, where he has continued a civil litigation practice with an emphasis on insurance-related and personal injury claims. Daniel also acts as trial counsel for several other firms and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association of Ontario, the Defence Research Institute, and the Advocates Society.
