About Christian

Christian Julien is an associate lawyer at Kingwell Immigration Law with a particular interest in appellate work. He drafts applications for appeals and judicial reviews of refusals, prepares responses to procedural fairness letters, and represents clients before the Refugee Appeal Division and the Federal Court. Christian's practice also covers refugee claims, requests for Humanitarian and Compassionate relief, and emergency stay of removal motions. He volunteers as a lawyer with The 519, a City of Toronto agency supporting 2SLGBTQ+ communities, and takes part in its mock hearing program. Christian earned his JD from the University of Ottawa in 2017 and his BA from the University of Toronto in 2014.
