About Claudia

Claudia Cappuccitti is a partner practising in Dyer Brown's Insurance Claims Defence group in Toronto. Cappuccitti advocates for clients in tort matters involving motor vehicle accidents and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Cappuccitti is an active member of The Advocates' Society, serving on the executive of the Young Advocates Standing Committee, and previously served on the Ontario Bar Association's Civil Litigation Section Executive from 2017 to 2020. Cappuccitti has chaired and spoken at continuing legal education programming for the Ontario Bar Association, The Advocates' Society, and the Law Society of Ontario. Cappuccitti earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Queen Mary, University of London in 2012, a Master of Arts from the University of Toronto in 2010, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from the University of Toronto in 2008.
